Delicious Veggies in 15 Minutes

When coming home from a long day at work is most of your days, having a meal that doesn’t take long to prepare is a plus. That’s just one reason why these veggies are worth making. Plus its delicious so let’s get this started.

First, steam the carrots, cauliflower, pumpkin and broccoli for a few minutes. (To desired tenderness) I added the carrots and cauliflower first as they need more time to soften.  Once done, remove from pot and drain.

Then add 2 tablespoon of butter, 1 diced  garlic cloves, and 3 sprinkles of black pepper to a non stick pan. Stir for about 2 minutes or till butter melts without letting the garlic overcook or burn.

Mix in the all veggies until coated evenly with the butter mix, serve and enjoy.

For vegetarians serve alone or for meat lovers you can serve with sausages, chicken breast or your desired side of meat.
