Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days 

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days 

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. As these are printed as the orders are placed.  Therefore we ask that you allow 1-3 days for your order to be fulfilled. This is not including shipping time. 

Note: Most orders are delivered within 7 – 8 days.

Shipping Method

Please note the shipping method selected at Check Out vary. That Mommy Life is not responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed by That Mommy Life, especially during the Holiday Season.

Once a package is marked as delivered, That Mommy Life is not responsible for any theft or mis-delivery. If your package is shown delivered but you have not received it, please check with the shipping carrier used.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, please go to CONTACT ME (at the bottom of the page) and send us your Order Number with a brief explanation. We’ll follow-up and get it taken care of for you.

RETURN POLICY

DAMAGED ITEMS:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please  message me thru our CONTACT ME (at the bottom of the page) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly handle it.

Note: A photo of the damaged item may be requested before sending out a replacement.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time unless there is an error with your order.

SIZING: 

Please consult sizing charts and shipping guides prior to purchasing. Each brand fits differently which is why provide these charts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order is placed, there is no way to cancel it as our orders start fulfilling immediately.
