If you want to ditch the old chicken recipe, take a look at this easy shrimp and pasta meal . Like all other recipes I enjoy making, this is super easy and quick to make.
Ready to get cooking?
Peel and devein the shrimp. Season with your choice of seasoning. I use Adobo which is an all-purpose seasoning (commonly used in Hispanic homes). Let seasoned shrimp sit in a covered bowl while pasta boils. Put spaghetti to boil (to your preferred finish). I left mine for about 13 to 16 minutes.
A few minutes before the pasta is done, put the skillet on medium heat and add half the butter stick. After it’s melted, add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute.
Add seasoned shrimp to skillet and let cook 2 to 3 minutes per side (once it’s pink it’s done).
Add the cooked pasta into the skillet in small portions at a time, this way it will absorb the flavor best. Assure flame is low so the shrimp don’t over cook.
Add the remainder of the butter, the parsley and mix in well all together.
